We are The Tack Room of Camden, SC and NOT Tack Room Inc of PA. Please verify that you have purchased from our store before returning product to us. For questions call 800-782-9583.

If you have placed an order with us and find a need to return something, we offer a 90 day return window from the date of delivery. A return form can be downloaded via the link at the top of this page to make your return easier for you and The Tack Room.

We will accept any returns that were purchased from The Tack Room or from www.tackroomonline.com that are new and unused and contain the original packaging (if applicable). We will process the return as quickly as possible and refund or exchange the item for you.

Please follow the steps below to help us process your return better.

We will not accept any returns without a completed return form! A copy of the form can be downloaded using the link at the top of this page.

*OVERSIZED ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A FREE RETURN LABEL

1. Please download the form above and fill it out with as much information as possible. This will help us refund or exchange your merchandise as quickly as possible. Please DO NOT include credit card or other payment info in your return. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. For exchanges of more expensive items, we will contact you for payment info. For payment issues, call 800-782-9583.
2. Pack item(s) in original packaging (if applicable) and mail the package back with a reputable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If a complementary return label is included, use the carrier indicated on the label. If no label is provided but your order was over $50 and qualifies for free returns, please call 800-782-9583 or email web@tackroomonline.com and we will provide one free of charge!
3. Include any original packing slips, receipts, or other documentation that helps process your return. Don’t forget to photocopy these documents for your records.
4. We will not accept returns of any items with protection seals broken (e.g., vitamins, supplements, fly sprays).
